Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, cut into two
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
Method
- Boil the corn in water for 10 minutes and drain.
- In the meantime, prepare the honey-butter mixture by combining the honey, butter and chopped parsley.
- Brush the honey-butter generously onto each piece of corn or add it to the corn and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: Add a dash or two of cayenne pepper to the honey butter mixture if you prefer some heat.
